HOW WE CLEAN YOUR WINDOWS...
THE EXTERIOR OF YOUR WINDOWS ARE CLEANED WITH OUR THREE STEP PROCESS: First, we clean the exterior face of each window using a water-fed pole system. A state of the art de-ionizer machine ultra-purifies and de-ionizes your tap water. Then, we scrub the exterior of the windows clean with the de-ionzed water cleaning solution. Finally, we apply a spot-free rinse; although the window is left wet, it will dry spot-free. This method leaves no residue that can attract dust, and is chemical free so it is harmless to plants, animals, and siding.
QUALITY THREE STEP INTERIOR WINDOW CLEANING: The interior of each window is also cleaned with our special three step process. First, the window is scrubbed using a microfiber T-bar scrubber and a gentle low allergen window soap. Next the window is squeegee'd using non-scratching natural rubber and silicon squeegees. Finally the edges are detailed using lint free cloths. Both our window cleaning soap and tools are designed to be safe on tinted windows.
SCREENS ARE CLEANED: Window screens are removed and hand cleaned. Depending on the condition of the screen it will be cleaned using either a brush, water, or water and detergent. We endeavor to use only the amount of cleaning necessary; as over-clean screens wears the mesh out. Screen doors are cleaned in place to ensure we do not damage the rollers.
SILLS ARE WIPED DOWN: The interior track and sill of the window is wiped down with a micro-fiber cloth as part of our service. For customers who want even cleaner tracks, or who have very dirty or neglected tracks we offer an additional optional track detailing service.
